Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide. No matter where you work or wrench, we’ll get your order to you.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–5 business days. After that, most orders to Canada and the USA arrive within 8–14 business days, and international orders within 10–20 business days. Some rural addresses take a little longer. You’ll get a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Why isn’t my tracking info updating?

Tracking can take a few days to update, especially while a package is in international transit. If it’s been more than 7 days with no movement, reach out and we’ll look into it for you.

What if my order is damaged or incorrect?

If your item arrives damaged or not as described, email support@greasenippleco.ca within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We’ll take care of it.

Can I return my order?

We don’t accept returns for change of mind or sizing errors. If there’s a legitimate problem with your order, we’ll replace it or refund it — no hassle.

How do I get the size right?

Every product page has a size chart and a fit note. Our hoodies are a relaxed, work-ready fit with room to layer over a thermal or hi-vis — order your usual size for everyday wear, or size up if you want extra room.

How should I wash it?

Machine wash cold, tumble dry low to medium. Don’t iron the print, don’t bleach, don’t dry clean. Treated that way the print holds up wash after wash.

Can I cancel or change my order?

You can cancel or update your order within the first 12 hours after placing it. After that we’ve likely started processing it with our fulfillment partner and can’t make changes.
